This is an unspoken question that I’m sure many of our customers are wondering, is there a right wrist to wear a watch? There are a variety of things to require into consideration when it involves this question, it’s a tradition? Or is it just down to personal preference? In light or this commonly wondered question i assumed i might do some digging to ascertain if there really may be a right wrist to wear a watch.

Structure

Let go back to basics and appearance at the planning of a watch. The first indication of a wrist preference is really hinted by the crown, which is nearly always found on the proper side of the watch, unless it’s specially made on the left side. The reason for are often “> this is often in order that the watch can be wound easily, especially if you’re right handed. So supported the position of the crown it’s just like the structure of the watch favors it to be worn on the left side.

Writing Hand

Piece of accessory for you to wear or cuff your sleeves but it can prove to be a greater factor in enhancing your style. You can wear cufflinks and watch which will give your decent looks.

This is more of a gray area as people can write with either their left or their right. For argument’s sake it’s public knowledge that the bulk of the planet actually write with their right . The reason it is suggested to wear a watch on the opposite hand of your writing hand is so that the watch doesn’t get in the way or scrape against the table you’re writing and as a result, get damaged. So again it appears that unless you’ve left ed the foremost common hand to wear a watch on is that the left hand.

Personal Preference

If you are honest, our recommendation is to wear a watch on the wrist that suits on you and your lifestyle. I personally think that 2018 isn’t the year for the following tradition and it with great care happens that I decide which wrist to wear my watch on within the morning as i’m preparing for a piece day.

Today I chose to wear my watch on the left wrist, but tomorrow? Who knows.
